She currently holds numerous nationally recognized certifications such as Synchronous Learning Expert (SLE), Certified Synchronous Training Professional (CSTP), Cisco Leading Classroom Virtual Instruction Professional (LVCIP), Apple Certified Trainer (ACT), Achieve Global Stellar Service Experiences, and multiple Cisco WebEx certifications just to list a few. As a thirteen-year veteran with Cisco WebEx, Linda’s influence and expertise helped create, develop and launch WebEx University, a winner of the Brandon Hall Excellence Award. To date, Linda currently works for Cisco Systems as a training manager, where she shares her cutting-edge techniques and product knowledge of eLearning.
