We live in a time of accelerating change. Built on interviews with 35 people who changed careers and subsequently became leaders in their fields, Steve Broe has identified the most important five principles for working in a changing world. As a result of this program, you will increase the odds that you will stay ahead of disruption using intelligence and adaptability. In addition to the objectives below, the ASTD Competencies that will be emphasized in this program are the following: ASTD Competency Model Area:  Change Management, Coaching, and Performance Improvement ASTD Competencies: Business Skills, Interpersonal and Personal Skills.

• Start a plan for moving through complex change

Definition of member: If you are a member of ATD National, but you are not a member of the ATD Valley of the Sun chapter, you are a non-member ($40). If you are member of the ATD Valley of the Sun chapter, you are a member ($25).

About the Presenter:

Steve Broe has over 25 years of management experience in education, real estate, and private asset management. In 1995, Steve opened Arizona's first Core Knowledge School chartered by the Arizona Department of Education. He has won numerous awards for public speaking, and instructed for the University of Phoenix Undergraduate Business and Management program. Steve Broe earned his doctorate in leadership from the University of Phoenix with his study of the leadership experiences of military veterans in Arizona schools.
