Unconscious bias, cultural misunderstanding, language differences, communication errors and stereotypes can have a negative impact on your presentations. The good news is we can learn to understand others despite our differences and learn to effectively communicate our message to a diverse group of individuals. This session will teach you how by introducing the L.U.C.A.S.TM approach. Specifically, because of this highly interactive program, you will be able to:

1.       Apply skills such as the S.O.L.E.R. technique, active listening, immediacy, metacommunication and basic attending to enhance your ability to connect with diverse audiences.

2.       Reduce the impact of internal, external, emotional and cultural noise on your presentations, classes, training programs and workshops.

3.       Implement 10 steps that will allow you to build a powerful connection with both culturally-similar and culturally-different audience members.

4.       Increase your eloquence on the presentation platform.
