Work is changing. Driven by the globalizing economy, the relentless impact of technology, and the acceleration of change, what we call “work,” how we do it, and where we do it, are changing more dramatically than at any time since the Industrial Revolution.  

Estimates are up to 60% of occupations will be affected by increased automation, for example, and people in them will have to reinvent themselves or learn to work alongside of machines. Depending on your age, some of us will have to adapt to this more than others.  

This looming change raises critical questions for how we prepare for such a future. It affects how we educate, how we learn, how we adapt, how we confront change, and, perhaps most crucially, how we grow.

On January 18th from 4:30-7:30 p.m., we will be joined by Paul Kinsinger, Principal with Clair-Buoyant Leadership™  to explore how we as coaches and HR professionals can better understand the Future of Work and what role we will need to play to adapt to these changes, ourselves, and help the leaders, teams and organizations we support to do the same.
