Learn mindfulness practices from Search Inside Yourself, developed at Google, combining neuroscience, emotional intelligence and mindfulness.

Research shows that 47% of the time, our mind is wandering, we are operating on auto-pilot, unfocused and unhappy.  ( A wandering mind is an unhappy mind, Matt Killingsworth)

Learn to shift from auto-pilot to being fully aware, develop skills in self-awareness, mindful breathing, mindful listening, empathy and connecting more effectively with others.
