Gain from a unique approach to classroom training. With the assistance of an instructional designer, Gloria has created a five-part Subject Matter Expert (SME) training model. This playbook script format utilizes experiential and reinforced learning that makes teaching easy and learning fun. The trainer gains by discovering how to adapt this learning model to customer service, relationship building, and other training topics where social skills and procedure are paramount. You cannot effectively learn this skill online! It requires interactive activities that inspire delivery confidence in the trainer and helps the learner get more information from short-term to long-term memory. We learn by doing! The format also allows the trainer to add their spin (e.g., personality, experiences, and expertise) to the balance. This is an interactive session that encourages willing participants to deliver a segment utilizing the script format.
