Agile Leadership
August 24, 2020
Everyone has the ability to lead right from where they are in their current role. Too often we only think of leaders as an executive in the company. A leader isn't a job title, but rather, it is a series of traits you exhibit from your character and actions. With this in mind, a team member has an amazing opportunity to lead within their team and beyond in their organization.
At the end of this session, participants will leave with:
- Actionable and practical ways to start demonstrating leadership in their current role
- A new perspective on what a leader is
- Leadership requires intentional and deliberate action day in and day out
