Let’s dive deep into how we can identify and root out conscious and unconscious LGBTQ bias individually and collectively. Participants explore how companies can create inclusion for LGBTQ employees (and their families). They learn key cultural considerations for creating a sense of belonging for LGBTQ employees, their families, and organizational clients. Lastly, we discuss the recent SCOTUS ruling and common ways that companies are at risk for sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination.

Participants will be able to walk away from this workshop with:

• a deeper understanding of the unique needs of the LGBTQ workforce and community, ·
• an action list they can immediately implement to increase LGBTQ inclusion 
• an idea of what training their managers need to be compliant with new anti-discrimination laws
