Description:
The heart of this 1.5 hour workshop will be an experiential learning activity designed by BTS for training and development professionals. Titled, “High Impact Consulting”, the following participant’s skills and abilities will be improved during the learning event:

1. Assessing internal or external customer issues and needs
2. Using a high impact questioning approach to gain a deeper understanding of those needs
3. Creating learning plans that have direct “line of sight” relevance to client business drivers and business results.

Learners will:

• Understand the principles behind experiential learning designs
• Explore the marked differences between being a ‘trainer’ versus a ‘facilitator’
• Participate in several experiential learning activities designed by the thought leaders in this category, BTS
• Walk away with ideas on how to incorporate experiential learning design principles in their organizations

Members Cost: $25
Non-Members Cost: $40

Definition of member: If you are a member of ASTD National, but you are not a member of the ASTD Valley of the Sun chapter, you are a non-member ($40). If you are member of the ASTD Valley of the Sun chapter, you are a member ($25).
