You'll also learn how to use stories and examples to convert technical content into everyday experiences for learners. We’ll explain how to use games and activities to change the tone of the content and bring energy to the learning experience. You’ll also learn how visual content can make a complex, technical topic easier to understand. For example, we’ll discuss how to replace pages of technical content with easier to read infographics. You will leave this session with new ways to think about turning your boring technical content into training that your learners are excited about.
