In this session, we will explore how to enhance learning and development initiatives using content from universities. We'll discuss determining a budget, requesting proposals from universities, and submitting these proposals to internal stakeholders for approval.
Additionally, we will address the implementation of a university program and the subsequent steps involving all stakeholders, as well as the best practices for fostering a successful relationship with a university.
After this session you will be able to:
- Identify potential revenue sources from your organization to implement a training program from a University Partner
- Develop and implement a plan to communicate organizational learning needs
- Uncover Universities that have applicable programs and submit for an RFP if needed and appropriate for internal stakeholder approval.
- Determine best practices for obtaining participant reporting from institution to evaluate efficacy of the implemented training program and desired outcomes.
