Participants will:

• Identify pros and cons of live instruction, e-learning and mobile learning.
• Describe the benefits of developing a blended learning solution
• Identify changing learner needs and how blended learning can apply to them.
• Determine potential learning approaches for a training project based on content, development time, learner needs, and budget.
• Using a list of free or low-cost resources, identify innovative tools that can help an organization offer blended learning solutions.
