This workshop will enhance your ability to truly enroll others in pursuit of a desired result.  By exploring key elements of influence, examining assumptions and goals, utilizing assessment, video, and peer feedback, and repeatedly practicing with new skills, you will leave this workshop with a greater capacity to effect change.

Presenter Bios:

Dale Halm is an OD Practitioner with 20+ years of experience in high technology, energy, and education. He has established a legacy for leading large scale business transformations and building high performance organizations. Dale holds a master’s degree in Speech Communications and is a Registered Organization Development Consultant (RODC).

Paul Roithmayr is Managing Principle of Same Page Solutions, LLC. Paul has been helping organizations enable change for 20+ years in a wide range of industries. He has held leadership roles at GemstarTV Guide, Fox Films, and Intel; worked with leaders internationally; and holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Organization Development and Leadership.
