Description: C.O.R.E. stands for Closers, Openers, Revisit, and Energize the key ingredient in designing and delivery of training that gets results. Going beyond the three key tests for openers and closer, Bob will take you through 5 powerful openers and closers and you'll modify them for your own training.

Next you'll look at 49 strategies for revisiting key content. Why? Because research shows that key content must be explored six times for participants to move it from short term memory to long term memory and you can't use on the job what you can't remember. You will learn the important difference between review and revisit and why you want to do one but NEVER, the other. Finally you'll analyze the five ways that Bob has kept the energy up for delivery and how you can use these techniques in your own training. And that's just in the morning!

In the afternoon you'll dig deeper into the missing link in the ADDIE model undefined and how to add that link into all of your existing training programs. You'll also discover the seven ways to remember anything undefined especially if you think you have a poor memory. Bob will also share the four models that are the foundation of his Creative Training Techniques TM instructor-led, participant centered model undefined along with 11 strategies you can use to engage any and all of the generations that might be in your training program.

Throughout the fast paced day the concepts will be modeled and demonstrated in multiple ways undefined not just taught. A powerful, comprehensive handout will be a valued resource long after the day is over.
