    JOB DESCRIPTION 

    As a Coordinator you will be an integral part of the Talent Development team, assisting in the development, organization, administration and execution of talent and engagement programs and initiatives across our Customer Care teams. 

    The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about creating an “ideal employee experience.” You will have the unique opportunity to work alongside top-caliber People Ops and Operations teams, learning tons and having fun along the way!                                                               

    SPECIFICALLY, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE… 

    • Preparing and coordinating department-wide communications  
    • Assisting with delivering and facilitating talent and engagement programs for assigned departments
    • Preparing and managing the administration of bi-annual performance check-ins and talent calibrations for assigned departments
    • Assisting in the creation of Talent Development materials, presentations and documents for assigned departments
    • Constantly thinking of new ways to improve all things talent including the employee experience, talent management practices, career development, reporting, hiring manager experience, and more 
    • Other duties as assigned

    THE QUALIFYING CANDIDATE MUST HAVE…

    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
    • At least 1 year of experience working in an HR or Talent Development role
    • Ability to collaborate and work well with people at all levels in the organization
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidential data and information
    • Ability to interpret data and processes
    • Ability to create and maintain routine reports
    • Initiative and ability to execute
    • An amazing sense of humor. Read this again, if necessary

     WE’D BE THRILLED IF YOU HAD…

    • Facilitation and presentation skills
    • Experience building out soft skill resource guides and tools 
    • Proficient in PowerPoint 

    The Talent Coordinator will be an hourly full-time position based at Carvana’s Home Office in Phoenix, AZ.
