Description:

The Kolbe Theory and its family of indexes, reports, and software have been in world-wide use for nearly 40 years.  It is based on identifying the natural, instinctive strengths people have and how they will apply those talents when they are engaged in problem-solving.  Upon successful completion of the training, participants will become Kolbe Certified™ Consultants and ready to begin consulting internally or externally with organizations and individuals.

Audience Level: 
Kolbe Certification training requires a short application process.  Generally, anyone who is involved in Coaching, Human Resources, Recruiting, Organizational Development, Counseling, Talent Management, Training, or Leadership will be a candidate for Certification.

About the Presenter:Amy Bruske

 
 
 
Amy Bruske is Kolbe Corp’s President, and has filled many different roles in the company in the last 20 years. Previously, she was the Chief Productivity Officer and responsible for Kolbe’s client relationships and ensuring operational excellence throughout the organization. She is one of the company's three Senior Master Consultants and is in demand for Kolbe TeamSuccess® seminars, Certified Consultant training, executive coaching, and group consultations for a wide range of businesses around the world.

Amy was named the Small Business Owner of the year by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Phoenix Chapter in 2012. Amy is also Chairman of the Board for Kolbe’s non-profit arm, The Center for Conative Abilities. She is a committee chair for the Board of Directors for NAWBO and is also a member of The Strategic Coach.

Before coming to Kolbe, Amy was a senior executive at Jenny Craig Inc., where she was involved in franchise owner training and business management coaching. She also oversaw training for counselors and sales staff, managed franchise development issues, and supervised operations for the company's East Coast division. Her early career included assisting major advertising clients with market research and conducting focus groups.

Although born in Argentina, Amy considers herself an Arizona native. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. She is married to Jim Bruske, a retired professional baseball player now working in real estate, and has two very active teenagers to keep her busy away from the office. Amy is an avid reader and enjoys keeping fit and dedicating time to children’s causes.
