Traditional talent development solutions and initiatives, by design, are not sufficient to meet the demands of the future.  With current challenges of leadership effectiveness, employee retention, the coming talent shortages, along with technology advances, we need a new playbook and user-friendly tools to get the job done.  This presentation will help attendees understand how they can use tools and technology to create a systemic talent development approach that supports individual development as well as offers enterprise-wide data and analytics to make better people decisions and investments.

  • Attendees gain understanding of how it is possible to democratize, personalize and digitize learning.
  • The value of providing keen self-awareness and personalized development for all employees to improve performance, engagement and retention.
  • How technology can be deployed to prepare workforce for future demands and for organizations to have accurate information on talent inventory for succession, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent development.
