Join ATD Valley of the Sun for a day of learning, discovering future-oriented learning strategies, and the development of skills that keep pace with evolving industry and learner demands. 

We will have multiple speakers sharing their knowledge of how to harness the strategic and tactical side of AI in L&D, designing for modern learning, a panel discussion with local industry leaders on what they are doing to move learning forward in their companies and interactive workshops on the future of L&D.

Our cancellation policy is designed to maintain the quality of our events while considering the costs associated with venue, catering, and materials. The following terms apply:

  • Full refunds are available until 11/08/2024
  • After this date, you may send an alternate attendee at no additional cost
  • To request a cancellation or make changes, please email vos@atdvos.org

    Alternate Attendee Substitution

    Registrants may substitute another person to attend in their place at no extra cost. All substitution requests must be received via email no later than one week before the event

    Refund Policy & Schedule

    Where an alternate attendee substitution is not possible, the following refund schedule applies:

    • Full refund available until 11/08/2024
    • No refund for cancellations on or after 11/09/2024

      Refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder and include the attendee's name and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
