How to make a payment without using a Paypal account: When the PayPal website is displayed, click the "Debit or Credit Card" tab to pay with your credit/debit card.  This will allow you to pay without needing to create a PayPal account.

This graphics application workshop will help put you at ease in developing visual/iconic imagery to improve your facilitation skills. Research into long-term successful organizations has identified that a primary component for success can be found in the organization’s effective use of collaboration and collective impact.   Research further finds that collaboration is needed to enhance organizational intelligence building and can lead to positive business outcomes.  Today’s workforce and especially the growing numbers of “millennials” or GenY are finding themselves impacting workplace culture and processes – the very enablers of collaboration.  This session examines the ability to look and act holistically across an organization leveraging the expertise of the generations in order to fulfill the organization’s mission.

This session will provide a study of collaboration and visit issues and challenges of today’s workforce, especially Generation ‘Y”.  It will also provide a highly interactive and experiential workshop whereby tools and techniques will be explored that can help to mitigate the issue and result in higher collaboration and positive business outcomes.
