Future Now Leadership: The Imperative to Build Future-Fit Leaders and a Future Fit Organization in the COVID-19 Era and Beyond

June 18, 2020

Organizations that hope to endure and prosper in the 2020s must grapple with increasingly explosive disruptions—from the acceleration of technology and the diversification of the workforce to the global pandemic at hand. The ways in which we connect, organize, lead, generate value, and create prosperity are evolving – and the pace allowed for catching up is more intense than ever. Those who are who are experimenting, testing, and learning at the edges now offer us compelling indications of the shape of the Future Fit Organization.

At the end of this session participants will have learned:

  • HR practices and talent solutions that support three foundational Future Fit Organization capabilities: Talent Architecture, Cultural Prosperity Engineering, and Value (Re)Creation

  • Compelling examples of organizations that are transforming workplace structures, cultures, performance systems, and leadership practices that will enable tomorrow’s leaders to be fit to lead

  • A roadmap of key practices and critical leverage points for navigating the transformations to come
