Have you ever wondered about ATD VOS program offerings are like?  Join us for our first event of 2021 at no cost...Yes, we said "free"!!  and prizes are included for those who participate!  Share with friends, colleagues and leaders in your organizations...they can attend free as well!!!

Learn how to create a courageous culture in your organization, team or even your family unit during these challenging and ever changing times.

In our world of rapid change, a courageous culture is your competitive advantage. It ensures that your company is “sticky” for both customers and employees. During our session, we have a panel of Learning Professionals who will take your questions and challenges and provide practical tools to uncover, leverage, and scale the best ideas from every level of your organization.

Becoming a courageous culture means building teams of microinnovators, problem solvers, and customer advocates working together. A microinnovator is the employee who consistently seeks out small, but powerful, ways to improve the business. A problem solver is the employee who cares about what’s not working and wants to make it better. They uncover and speak openly about what’s not working and think critically about how to fix it. A customer advocate is the employee who sees through your customers’ eyes and speaks up on their behalf. They actively look for ways to improve customers’ experience and minimize customer frustrations.

This course is based on the concepts and theories from the book by Karin Hurt and David Dye "Courageous Culture".  Our panelist have years of experience in Learning and Development and are excited to share their experience and help you as many of us are facing virtual work, teams and leadership challenges.  This is an interactive session, bring your questions with you!!!
