Program Title: You Can’t Teach People to Sell by Teaching People to Sell (EVERYONE IS IN SALES!)

NOTE: Lunch is provided.

Description: We all sell, whether to our internal colleagues, to our boss, or to clients!  Explore and discover what actually causes selling to be successful. Create awareness of constraints or barriers that may be hindering results for your organization.

In addition to the objectives below, the ASTD Competencies that will be emphasized in this program are the following:

ASTD Competencies: Improving human performance, facilitating organizational change, delivering training, coaching.

Learners will: Explore the foundation of Integrity Solutions® sales effectiveness learning design - a transformational change process anchored by the Sales Congruence Model. After 40 years of working with high performing sales and service professionals, we firmly believe that success is more about “who you are” than “what you know.” Key take-aways include:

  • 4 critical success factors for sales and/or service training initiatives

  • 5 dimensions to align for maximum performance

  • Learn what only 17% of all sales forces do differently to be considered ‘best of class’

Non-Members Cost: $40

Definition of member: If you are a member of ASTD National, but you are not a member of the ASTD Valley of the Sun chapter, you are a non-member ($40). If you are member of the ASTD Valley of the Sun chapter, you are a member ($25).

About the presenters:

Steve Schmidt
is an Executive Partner with Integrity Solutions® a professional services firm that specializes in changing the way organizations acquire and retain loyal customers. Steve is also a member of the Integrity Solutions® Ownership Team, contributing to the strategic direction and focus for the company.


Since joining Integrity Solutions® in 1996, Steve has played a significant business development role including managing several key strategic account relationships such as Interim Healthcare, California Casualty, Camden National Bank, Franklin Templeton, Benco Dental, Penske and Hunter Douglas. As a top performing sales contributor, Steve has consistently distinguished himself with Presidents Club honors and in 2003 received the Spotlight Award, in recognition of his integrity, ethics and teamwork. He also plays a key role in Integrity Solutions® Channel Partner and Alliance relationship development program.


Prior to joining Integrity Solutions®, Steve enjoyed 11 years with Franklin Covey/Time Systems. As Director of Key Account Strategies, he focused on developing and implementing revenue generating tools and programs. Steve played a key role in orchestrating the post merger consolidation of the Stephen Covey and Franklin Quest sales operations and infrastructure.

 

Dee Campbell is Vice President of Client Development/Licensed Partner with Integrity Solutions® Dee has very high energy and a history of success in aligning training and development outcomes with strategic business objectives. Recognized as cutting-edge and a leader, she has been in Corporate Sales and Corporate Training leadership for more than 20 years. Most recently she led the strategic planning and the tactical design, development, and delivery of sales training initiatives for the 500-person sales division at a fortune 500 group insurance carrier, including the yearly 200-person sales conference.


Dee’s career path has given her a broad-based exposure and a deep understanding of business, especially sales and training in all sizes of organizations from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500. Her background includes owning two successful businesses of her own. She is also a Master Certified Professional Sales Trainer, Sales Consultant, Coach and Project Manager.


Today, Dee represents Integrity Solutions®. Serving clients for over 40 years, Integrity Solutions® is a professional services firm that specializes in improving the ability of organizations to create value to their clients.
