Description: Do you like blended learning? See the benefits of combining different approaches to learning for your participants? Want to know the best practices for this style of learning? Then please join Mike Maynard from the Predictive Group on December 18th as he shares the 10 best blended learning practices garnered from more than 20 years of training and design experience at the December Training and Development Cutting Edge SIG.

Presenter: “Mikey” Maynard is the Senior Associate for Predictive Index Worldwide in the Southwest. He specializes in employee workplace behavior, developing “gifted bosses,” and helping company owners manage their people capital. His clients include The American Management Association, Arizona State University, Intel Corporation, and Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold, to name just a few. Mikey’s passion is advising company leaders on trends in the worldwide workforce which will affect their business in the coming years, and providing leading practices to capitalize on those global changes. He’s a recognized authority on Millennial workers, the aging workforce, safety in the workplace, sales force effectiveness and human performance factors. Mikey holds a Master’s Degree in educational testing & measurement and research design from The Ohio State University.
