Our two-day workshops will be led by Tom Kuhlmann, a national speaker and popular Rapid E-learning blogger. With over 20 years of experience in the training industry, Kuhlmann has developed hundreds of hours of e-learning and training projects at Capital One, Washington Mutual and Weyerhaeuser. He earned a master’s in education technology from Pepperdine University where he researched how to cultivate communities of practice through the development of personal expertise. Tom Kuhlmann currently serves at the user community manager of Articulate.

Getting started with Articulate Storyline
Articulate Storyline offers an intuitive interface that will have you creating interactive courses with the greatest of ease and without knowing any programming languages. In this workshop you’ll get hands-on practice building interactive courses. We’ll review the core authoring process, introduce you to key Storyline features, and then practice creating interactive content using the Slide Layers, Triggers, and States features in Storyline. You’ll also:
*Personal laptop is required for this workshop. Be sure to bring a power cord or extra batteries. Every eat will have plugs and internet will be available. If you do not currently own a copy of Articulate Studio or Storyline, download and install the 30-day free trial prior to the session. If you own an iPad, bring it along so you can test your new creations on the iPad and wow your friends and family. You can view the mobile output on an iPad but you'll need a laptop to practice using Storyline
